Presented by practitioners on the frontlines of nationwide litigation, this presentation will review the principal components of first-party property coverage with respect to losses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, including, but not limited to: What constitutes "direct physical loss or damage" (and variants) to property; virus exclusions; business interruption issues; denial of access issues; and communicable disease endorsements. It will include a comprehensive look at myriad judicial decisions on all sides of the issue and provide projections on when, where and how those issues might ultimately be resolved in Ohio and nationally.Expand summary
