More and more plaintiffs are electing to proceed to trial in personal injury cases without submitting medical bills into evidence, and even trying to prevent the defense from introducing them. The results from this tactic have been mixed, but have included some larger than expected verdicts at trial. This presentation will detail the origins and mechanics of this tactic, and provide attendees with information and options to defend against this emerging trend.
